Create and follow a strict daily study schedule. Choose a block of time and stick with it, such as 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional breaks for meals and 5-10 minute mental breaks every 1-2 hours.
Your brain can only process so much information before intensive studying becomes counterproductive and you are not retaining the material.
Also, limit your distractions. Have a family member or friend watch your child or pet and have them run your basic errands to maximize your study time.
During your study time, place your phone on silent mode and refrain from checking it until you take a break. Also, avoid surfing the web and social media, which can be very distracting.
